The Matadors closed out the 2025 season at the state tournament as State Runner-up. Sandia defeated the La Cueva Bears in the quarterfinals and the West Mesa Mustangs in the semifinals. In an exciting & tremendously competitive championship match, the Matadors fell short in the final set losing in extra points, 18-20. We are proud of our Matadors for another great season!
