The 2026 season is almost upon us! Please be aware that the following NEED to be completed/cleared before any particpation in off-season open gyms or when tryouts are held sometime in March.

1. Physical exam (medical)

2. Consent paperwork

3. Grades/GPA & eligibility clearance

PDF packets are available to download for physical exam and consent paperwork. There is also another PDF packet with information for free of charge physicals at APS/UNM Health Clinics.

*If you have already played on another SHS athletic team this school year, then only the last page needs to be submitted (page 17 Waiver).

Open gym and tryout dates for SHS eligible students will be posted on here and on Instgram once they are confirmed.
